During the course of your bikefit, particular attention is made to resolve your back, neck, knee, hand and foot pain for improved cycling pleasure, whether it be for road, gravel or triathlon cycling.

Which position for cycling on a road bike?
The ideal position for road cycling is dependent on a large range of factors including flexibility, leg-length discrepancies, pelvic rotation and herniated discs. When the position is correctly adapted to the body, cycling any distance is possible.

It sounds like a strange question, but I often receive this question from cyclists riding from Germany, Italy, Switzerland and other parts of Europe with an eventual arrival in Nice.
The answer is yes, and the key to the answer lies in the topography and relationship of the mountains to the sea.
There are very few bike paths outside of Nice metropolitan and the waterfront bikepath from Nice to Antibes, so riding B and C roads is essential.
Nice has 9 valleys leading to it, and the backroads between these valleys are extraordinary!
